With over twenty years experience in the practice of law, Attorney Ward is admitted to the State Court Systems of Connecticut and Colorado and in the Federal Courts of Connecticut and New York.
I am a solo-practitioner representing clients in a variety of administrative, civil and criminal matters, and appeals in state and federal courts. My administrative practice consists of representing individuals before State agencies and the Statewide Grievance committee. My civil practice focuses on personal injury suits, civil rights actions, and commercial disputes. My criminal practice includes defense of all manner of crimes including homicides, assaults, domestic violence (for the victim and the offender), drug offenses, property crimes and DUI. My Appellate practice includes prosecuting and defending clients in civil, matrimonial and criminal matters in state and federal courts.
